We’ve travelled 5000 miles now to Qu’Qon Uzbekistan. even though i think 1000 of them have been going round in circles getting lost! Since leaving Bratislave we travelled east through Slovakia into the Ukraine. I lent on the air horn by mistake at the Ukraine border! thought we were done for! but got through ok. We have gotten fairly sharp at getting through borders now and haven’t had to pay any bribes so far. The people seem to be getting friendlier and friendlier the further we go! The Ukraine, Russia and Kazakhstan have been fantastic but the Uzbeks have to be the coolest people so far. We got pulled over by the cops today but instead of giving us a hard time they spent 20 minutes shouting and joking at each other down the megaphone! The Kazak and Uzbek deserts are amazing, the hottest and flattest places we’ve ever seen! We are now about to enter Kyrghstan and into the mountains!


LATEST @ 22/07 ...

Sat at the Bratislave city beach, the weather is smoking hot and we had an awesome camp spot on the edge of the danube in the middle of the city. Since leaving goodwood we powered through belgium and germany, Had a run in with the german police. Franky was giving toots and cheers out the window to an unmarked car! they dont like being filmed either! On into the czech republic and another rozzer stop for not paying our motorway tax! Next night was the czech out party, complete barnstormer, well castle stormer, managed to loose the car keys pissed which could of been the biggest school boy error of the rally until they were found laying round in the castle next morning! We stopped for a hangover curing swim in an awesome czech lake and not we’re now gunna truck outta Bratislava into the Slovakian countryside, roll on east!
